Emancipation of the minor
Emancipation gives the minor greater autonomy by allowing them to accomplish acts they could not previously accomplish. Their capacity to act is increased and will be determined by whether they obtain simple or full emancipation.
Limitations of emancipation
A minor with simple or full emancipation may not:
vote;
be admitted to certain public places prohibited to people under 18;
